A Picnic 😍

              A few days before the A/L exam, we went on a picnic to Nuwara-Eliya.😍 

             This tour was organized by the our principal of the school. Only student from the school's senior dance troupe💃💃💃 participated in the trip.. Also the principal, the dancing teacher and some parents came with us.. We went this trio for two days..

              We left the school on june 29,2015 at around 5.00 a.m.🌄🌄 We reached Kandy at about 8.00 a.m. 

              We worshiped at the 'Temple of the Tooth' and had breakfast. Later we left for Nuwara-Eliya..

               On our way to Nuwara-Eliya we saw a number of attractive waterfalls. The climate in Nuwara-Eliya was very cold.⛆☃☃ We had to wear warm clothes there. 

               We went throught several tea states.. We wanted to visit the Horton plains. At about 2.00 p.m. We could reach the Horton plains... First we had our lunch there. 

              Later in the evening we had fun at Gregory's park...❤🎪🏄🎾 

              At night we came to the lodge and prepared dinne. The lodge house was located on a beautiful high ground. Let's light a fire✨🌛🔥🔥🔥and gather around it and have fun singing🎶🎵🎶and dancing💃💃💃😍.... 

              The next  dawned..🌄⛄⛄☃ Again we were ready for the trip.On that day we will visit Haggala Garden,🌲🌷🌹🌺🌻 Rawana Ella and World's end...❤ 

At about 6.00 p.m. we started our return journey.We ended that journey very carefully and with very fun...😍

🙏"Sri padaya" 🙏🙏❤

          That was on 18th of January 2018. We were getting ready to worship the "Sri padaya."🙏🙏❤ I was ready to for the trip with some of the hotel staff. Accordingly, eight of us and the hotel manager participated in this tour☺. 

       

         We happily set off for the trip around at 7.00 p.m. We were able to reach Nallathanniya by 11.30 p.m. From there we had dinner  started doing hike the around at 12  midnight🌚 

           It was very cold day.☃☃☃ there were also a lot of people. But as soon as we felt that cold we reached the "uda maluwa"🙏🙏. The journey through the Nallathanniya, sitha gangula, idikatupana, geththampana, ahasgauwa and mahagiridambaya was a beautiful one. 

          The time was about 3 a.m.. We all worshiped Sri padma🙏. But we didn't want to return. Immediately, so we waited to see the sunrise 🌄...

We stayed in the uda maluwa until 5.20 in the morning and were able to watch the 🌞 sunrise..😍😍

Then we started coming back. We came  around 10.00 a.m., had breakfast and left Nallathanni to visit laxapana waterfall..We spent a few hours in the fall, had lunch and left to go home..

         On the way we visited Maskeliya, Hatton, Kithulgala and came home at 7.00 p.m. 

          

          The trip was so much fun that only a few of us went home with permission to let many people on the trip.😊😉😉😋 

         It was a day we will never forget. Thatday became on the most memorable memories of my life❤. I hope that experience will come again some day. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

THE STAMPS BOOK📚

             Everyone has a hobby they like. So I also collected stamps as a hobby from a little age. It is also very interesting❤. I collected stamps with my sister. Mother and father helped us a lot. My mother has also been collecting stamps for some time. 

             She carefully pastes it in the stamps book. We also added our stamps to the same book. 

            We had both local and foreigns stamps in the book. So we are square whike others are triangular and rectangular.  

         There were about  2500- 3000 stamps in that album. There are pictures of great persons, animals, birds, buildings and vehicles on the stamps. 

         But that stamps book has not been fiund for 7-8 years now. 😭😭😭 Very sad about that.😥 

We think someone may have taken the book. We searched everywhere in the home but didn't find it. 

We stopped collecting stamps because we lost this book. I don't want to collect stamps again now.😦😞

Covid - 19 😭😭😭

           Covid - 19 is a virus.That is spreading rapidly around the world today. As a result, the average daily activities of people all over the world has changed a lot. I had to change that way too.😰😰

Since March last year I have not been able to do my university studies properly. Couldn't spend time with my friends. I couldn't go on any tour.😡😡😡 

 Staying home is a very difficult thing. But due to the current situation in the country I have to do it reluctantly.

       I pray 🙏🙏 this corona epidemic a speedly end to the world..😥

The first day of my university life 😍😍

      I have a lot of memorable events in my life. The first day I went to university was a very happy day for me.. ❤️

     Days before the start of university I was in the hostel.. We spent the night talking about tomorrow😍😍 with new friends.

          That morning we woke up and ready to go went to the university. The senior students❤️😍😩 took us all to the university. 

After few time we were taken to the "paneebharatha" hall. We sat down and started to wait. The chancellor, departments heads and lecturers said a lot of things about our university and the educational system...❤ I was feeling very proud of being a VPA University student❤❤....

            That evening I was able to meet a few more friends 😊😊😊. 

We arrived at the hostel early in the morning and late in the evening🌅🌅🌅

          I was very impressed with tha university. The fear in my ❤ heart gradually disappeared.. I had a purpose in my life..🎓💪💪

Yes, that day is 5th of june 2018.. I love and proud that day so much💕💕💜

❤️ In Hostel Life...❤️

               Hostel life is very enjoyable and beautiful. ❤❤ I first came to the hostel in the University hostel in Rajagiriya.. On 4th of June 2018 I came to the hostel with my mom and dad..😭😭😭 

               That day I met a lot of friends came from around the country. Of those Nime❤ mali❤ ira❤ iresha❤ and sisi❤  became my best friends...

 To this day they aren't only my best friends but also my own sisters.....😍 we were in love for the last two years at the hostel.. 

We celebrated the birthday parties.. We went to the temple, kovil, beach, park.... and walked in a lot of places. 

 

  

      Today all those happy bonds are snatched away by the "corona".😢😢😢😢😢

We count the days until we meet again..❤️❤️

Who am I ???

           I am Upeshika Ireshani. I was born on 29th of January 1997. I studied at Ke/ Dehi/ Rathnawalee Maha Vidyalaya. Currently I am studying Dancing as an Undergraduate student in University of Visual And Performing Arts. Dancing is my hobby 💃💃  and also I like reading books 📚 📚 , traveling ✈⛷🚵 and listening music...🎶🎶. 

            I did my O/L and A/L exam and after exams I followed English, Tamil and IT courses. Finally I completed the Hotel Receptionist course in NAITA. I worked the Hotel Receptionist in 2016-2018.

               I'm hard working, friendly, outstanding, down to earth character. ☺☺☺ And also I'm a person who believe injustice and truth. I respect people without their age, cast, religion or skin colour.
